These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KalaFolio (the "Service"), operated by «Your legal name / registered business» ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

KalaFolio is an online tool that lets you build a personal portfolio from ready-made templates and publish it at a public link. A paid plan is required to publish and keep your public link live.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Plans, billing and renewals

• Plans are billed as a one-time payment for a fixed period (monthly, 6 months, 1 year or 3 years). Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on our Pricing page.
• We do not auto-charge. Your plan does not renew automatically; you choose to renew when a period is ending.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. Applicable taxes, if any, are charged in addition to the plan price.
• When your plan expires, your public link stops working until you renew. Your account and saved content remain available in your dashboard.

4. Your content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of the text, images and videos you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process and display Your Content solely to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to use it.

You agree not to use the Service to publish or distribute content that:

• is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene or hateful;
• violates any third party's intellectual property or privacy;
• contains malware, or attempts to disrupt or abuse the Service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its templates, software, design and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.

6. Third-party services

We rely on third-party providers to operate the Service, including Razorpay (payments), UploadThing (media storage) and our hosting and database providers. Your use of the Service may be subject to their terms.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at «City» shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
